VACANCY
We’re looking for a talented full-time interior designer to join our team creating fully furnished, healing homes for women and children who are given empty social housing after escaping domestic abuse. This person would need to be extremely organised, with good attention to detail, energetic, creative and kind. Someone who is passionate about our mission, can work at pace and willing to go the extra mile to create beautiful homes for our beneficiaries.
More information, including how to apply, please email Emily@furnishingfutures.org. The deadline for applications is Sunday 17th September.

DONATING TIME OR MONEY
I would like to give my skills and time to support families in need. How do I volunteer?
We are always delighted to hear from you if you would like to volunteer for us. As a small, new charity we particularly welcome applications from tradespeople who can paint, decorate or help with homes; volunteers with fundraising or PR skills; photographers, interpreters and so on. We are also keen to hear from people able to help out with sorting and manual lifting in our warehouse.
If you are interested please fill out our volunteer registration form. We will keep your details on file and get in touch when relevant volunteering opportunities come up.
I would like to make a monetary donation or discuss corporate sponsorship.
Running Furnishing Futures costs a lot of money due to the cost of storage and logistics. We rely on donations, grants and other fund raising to be able to support the families we serve.
You can donate directly via the JustGiving web site here or please contact us at emily@furnishingfutures.org to discuss major donations, grants, trusts or sponsorship.
Are you a registered charity?
Furnishing Futures is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (charity no 1196498).
