We rely on brands, designers and stylists to donate beautiful, high quality furniture for the women and children we support.
What we accept
We can only accept new or ‘as-new’ items that are in excellent condition. These might be returns, seconds, props or ex-showroom stock. Donated items need to be delivered to our warehouse in Leyton, East London, by appointment.
We urgently need good quality furniture and accessories, particularly the following items:
Small wardrobes
Chest of drawers
Children's accessories
Small bedside tables
Side tables
Accessories and artwork
House plants
What we don't accept
Unfortunately there are some items that we’re unable to accept. These include:
Building materials
Upholstered items without fire labels
Furniture made of glass
Used mattresses
Toys, clothing or books
White goods
Flooring or carpets

How can I donate furnishings?
If you are a brand, designer or stylist and you would like to donate furnishings please fill out this form with details of what you would like to donate and we would be delighted to talk to you about your donation.
Can I donate furniture as a member of the public?
Sadly we have had to pause donations from the public due to our teams’ capacity to coordinate and quality assure individual items. Instead, there are other charities that take donated furniture, such as the British Heart Foundation.
Do you collect donations or where do I drop them off?
Wherever possible, donations need to be dropped off to our warehouse in East London. We can sometimes collect within London when we have a family in particular need of your item of furniture but this costs us a lot of money, so wherever possible we ask for donations to be dropped off to us once we have confirmed we can take the items. We cannot receive unsolicited donations, if you are a brand or designer or someone who may have stock to donate, please fill out this form and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your donation.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open from 9-5 Monday to Friday, so all deliveries need to be arranged during these hours. We only accept deliveries by appointment, so please fill out this form and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Do you accept second hand furniture?
We accept furniture which is in new or as new condition. If you have a piece of furniture which is in excellent condition then please fill out our donation form with pictures of the piece and we will confirm whether we can accept it.
I’m a brand that’s interested in donating stock on a regular basis, how does this work?
