We create fully furnished, healing homes for survivors who have been rehoused in unfurnished accommodation after fleeing domestic abuse. We do this by partnering with the interiors industry, which donates new or ‘as new’ furniture and accessories that could otherwise have ended up in landfill.
All our staff are trained in trauma-informed practice and we use trauma-informed and biophilic design principles to create transformative healing homes for women and children to recover in and rebuild their lives from.
We offer tiers of support from bespoke full home interior design and decoration services for survivors given unfurnished secure social housing tenancies, to individual items of furniture, bedding and appliances for women and children who are living in emergency or temporary accommodation.
Our support increases women and children’s physical and psychological safety, reduces poverty and supports physical and emotional wellbeing.
