It costs us an average of £5,000 to create a healing home with everything a woman and her children need to begin rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse. This includes flooring, painting and white goods, as well as any furniture or essential homewares that we’ve been unable to source from donations. It also includes our designer and specialist support worker’s time on the project.
